Description: Officer Harvey was on night patrol and talking with a friend of his as he checked the doors on the local businesses. After checking the back door of the local drug store which was located in the alley, at least two shots rang out. Officer Harvey's friend had pulled out a concealed weapon and shot him at close range in the face and abdomen. Officer Harvey's body was found in the alley. The suspect was upset with Officer Harvey for reporting to Chief of Police Cox that the suspect's girlfriend was practicing prostitution and should be evicted from the town.
