Description: Chief Holloway was a passenger in an aircraft owned and piloted by her husband, Officer Donald Holloway. They were returning from a Peace Officer Standards and Training session (POST). It is speculated that the plane may have run out of gas or gone down in bad weather. Chief Holloway was the first female chief of police in California.
