Description: On October 16, 1926, Patrolman Hanahoe sustained multiple injuries when his patrol motorcycle crashed into a telephone pole while in pursuit of a traffic offender. Patrolman Hanahoe was transported to the hospital where he remained until his death four months later on February 27, 1927.
