Description: Officer Hamilton was attempting to remove a vagrant from the train depot when the man began to struggle. The suspect began choking Officer Hamilton. Officer Hamilton requested assistance home where he died. At the Coroner's jury, Dr. Staples and Dr. McGanghey testified that the officer died of a heart attack aggravated by over-exertion in removing the vagrant.
