Description: Patrolman Hartzell was shot and killed during a traffic stop in downtown Youngstown, Ohio. Officer Hartzell was returning to the station when he stopped a suspect for questioning regarding a shooting. While checking the license plate, Officer Hartzell was shot twice in the head and once in the chest. Officer Hartzell was pronounced dead at the scene.
