Description: Corporal Healey was off-duty when he noticed a extremely erratic and dangerous driver driving beside him. Corporal Healey followed he driver until the suspect crashed on the Mantanzas Pass Bridge. When the suspect attempted to flee, Corporal Healy pursued him and tackled him. While struggling with the suspect, Corporal Healey had a heart attack. He was transported to a local hospital where he remained in serious condition until his death one week later.
