Description: Sergeant Hernandez collapsed and died as a result of a heart attack while participating in an agency alternative physical readiness test. Sergeant Hernandez was attempting to complete a timed 2,000 meter exercise on a rowing machine when he suddenly stopped and fell to the floor. First aid was rendered and Sergeant Hernandez was transported to a nearby hospital where he died.
