Description: Deputy Marshal Hillman and Deputy Marshal Michael Del Puppo were transporting three federal prisoners when another vehicle's tire had a blowout. The blowout caused a chain reaction accident involving two tractor trailers and several other vehicles. Marshal Hillman was killed in the accident. The three prisoners and a local citizen were also killed.
