Description: Trooper Hill was struck and killed while conducting a traffic stop on Route 58 in Southampton County, Virginia. As Trooper Hill spoke to the driver of the vehicle, another car drifted from the travel lane and struck him. Trooper Hill was pronounced dead at the scene.
