Description: Deputy Hedman responded with a fellow deputy to a domestic disturbance call. The suspect allowed the lawmen to enter the residence until the deputies noticed blood on the floor. The deputies were forced out of the residence and the suspect grabbed his rifle. Deputy Anders ran to cover the back door, and the suspect shot and killed Deputy Hedman at the front door. Deputy Anders returned fire and killed the suspect who had earlier killed his wife.
