Description: Detective Henry and Detective Bill Toy attempted to arrest a suspect for municipal and state warrants. The suspect saw the detectives and fled on foot. Detectives Henry and Toy pursued the suspect on foot and placed him under arrest. When Detective Henry arrived back at the station he began to experience severe chest pains. He was transported to a local hospital where he had a heart attack. He lapsed into a coma and remained in the hospital until his death 24 days later.
