Description: Chief Hall responded to an automobile accident on Routes 20 and 23. While handling the accident, Chief Hall became ill and attempted to drive himself to the hospital. While en route to the hospital, Chief Hall called for assistance and was transported to a local hospital. Chief Hall lapsed into a coma and died three days later.
