Description: Officer Hudson and two other patrol cars responded a call that two suspects had not paid for gas. As the lawmen pursued the suspects along I-10, one of the suspects shot Deputy Hudson with a .357 caliber handgun as he attempted to pass the car. Both suspects were eventually apprehended. One suspect received a life sentence while the other was sentenced to death.
