Description: Police Officer Haley collapsed while participating in a department training exercise. Officer Haley was engaged in a SWAT physical training exercise when he complained of a headache, numbness in his arm and dizziness. He then fell unconscious. Officer Haley was taken to the hospital where it was determined that he was brain dead from a ruptured blood vessel. Officer Haley remained on life support for five days before his death.
