Description: Officer Huckaby was on patrol on a local highway when his patrol jeep was struck by a wheel from an oncoming car. The wheel smashed into the driver's windshield causing Officer Huckaby to veer across the interstate into a grassy embankment before rolling several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Suspect faces drunk driving charges. Officers found more than a dozen empty beer cans in suspect's car.
