Description: Patrolman Henley and his partner were on routine patrol when they observed a group of men acting suspiciously. When the officers approached the men they fled. Patrolman Henley pursued one of the suspects and collapsed while climbing over a fence. The suspect was a fugitive from New Jersey with outstanding warrants for assault and battery. Patrolman Henley was transported to a local hospital where he died of a heart attack shortly after arrival.
