Description: Deputy Hall and a posse of law enforcement officers went to serve a warrant for the arrest of three men wanted for murder and other crimes. As Deputy Hall approached the suspects hiding in the bushes, the suspects opened fire. Deputy Hall was struck four times and died three weeks later from his injuries. Two of the suspects were shot by posse members and the third suspect escaped.
