Description: Deputy Harless was shot and killed as he attempted to serve an arrest warrant on suspect wanted for burglary. While inside his house, the suspect took his Winchester Rifle and shot Deputy Harless through the front window, striking him in the neck. Deputy Harless died the next day from his wounds.
