Description: Deputy Sheriff Humble was ambushed and killed in an act of revenge. Approximately one week prior to his death, Deputy Humble had conducted a search of a gas station and attached home for illegal liquor. As Deputy Humble drove by the gas station, the suspect's wife flagged the deputy down and said that her husband needed to see him immediately. As Deputy Humble entered the residence, he was shot and killed by the suspect. His assailant was arrested.
