Description: Burglary in progress or pursuing burglary suspects. Officer Holland and Chief Krouse were investigating a local business that had experienced frequent robberies for the past year. While staking out the back entrance of the store, the officers saw the men who were suspected of doing the robberies. As the officers attempted to capture the two suspects, one of the suspects drew his weapon and shot Officer Holly. Officer Holly was killed instantly.
