Description: Police Officer Irvine was killed in a single vehicle crash when his partner lost control of the patrol car during the pursuit of a reckless driver. The car struck the curb and rolled several times until coming to rest on top of a bridge. Officer Irvine died at the scene. His partner was injured in the crash but survived.
