Description: Corporal Jenkins suffered a fatal heart attack shortly after an issue with an inmate having contraband on the prison yard at the Clara Waters Community Corrections Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Corporal Jenkins observed an inmate throwing contraband over the correctional facility fence and he ran to retrieve the contraband when he collapsed. Corporal Jenkins was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
