Description: Detective Johnson suffered a fatal heart attack after struggling with a high school student. Detective Johnson, who volunteered as a part-time basketball coach, was in the gym for team practice. A student came in the gym and created a disturbance. Detective Johnson escorted the student out of the gym. The student took a swing at Detective Johnson and a fight ensued. After handcuffing the student, Detective Johnson collapsed. Detective Johnson was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
