Description: Agent James and his partner were attempting to stop suspected illegal aliens in Laredo, Texas. Their vehicle struck a dip in the road and flipped over several times. Agent James was thrown from the vehicle and pinned between the vehicle and a fence. He was transported to the hospital where he remained until his death one month later.
