Description: Deputy Constable Joubert was killed in a motorcycle accident while escorting a funeral precession. Deputy Constable Joubert was riding in the left lane when a vehicle in the right lane attempted to make an illegal U-turn in front of his motorcycle. Deputy Constable Joubert was dragged under the car for several feet before the motorist stopped. Deputy Constable Joubert was transported to a local hospital where he died during surgery.
