Description: Special Agent Jacobs responded to a loud music complaint from neighbors. One officer was currently on the scene and requested back-up in arresting the suspect. While attempting to enter the residence, Agent Jacobs was shot once in the head. He was transported to Riverside Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
