Description: Special Agent Jackson was shot by a bootlegging suspect in Chicago, Illinois. Agent Jackson bought a gallon of liquor from the bootlegger then drew his badge. The suspect pulled a gun and shot Agent Jackson twice. Agent Jackson was transported to the hospital where he died. The suspect was arrested and charged with first degree murder.
