Description: Deputy Sheriff Johnson was killed in an exchange of gunfire after arresting an intoxicated suspect in a restaurant. The restaurant owner warned Deputy Johnson not to return. Deputy Johnson ignored the warning and was shot as he arrived at the entrance of the restaurant. Deputy Johnson returned fire and killed the owner. Deputy Johnson died shortly after.
