Description: Police Officer Jess suffered a fatal heart attack after answering a disturbance call at a residence regarding an intoxicated suspect. Officer Jess struggled with the intoxicated suspect who was resisting arrest. As Officer Jess was about to place the suspect in the patrol car, he collapsed and died at the scene. The suspect was arrested and charged with drunk and disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
