Description: Police Officer Jimenez was shot and killed after responding to a man with a gun and shots fired call outside of a local hospital. The call involved a domestic disturbance and the suspect shot his former fiancé as she was going to work at the hospital. The suspect then continued shooting inside the hospital striking Officer Jimenez and another hospital employee. Both Officer Jimenez and the hospital employee succumbed to their gunshot wounds. The suspect was shot and killed also during the exchange of gunfire.
