Description: On June 30, 1916, Sergeant Johnson was struck by a brick in the head when he answered a riot call. Sergeant Johnson was unable to return to work due to the injury. Sergeant Johnson died due to pyemia (blood poisoning accompanied by multiple abscesses) on June 2, 1922.
