Description: Officer Johnson was fatally shot after making a traffic stop. Officer Johnson had stopped a van for a minor traffic violation. Because the suspect did not have a valid drivers license, Officer Johnson placed him under arrest and put him in the back seat of his patrol unit. The suspect suddenly produced a concealed weapon and fatally shot Officer Johnson in the back.
