Description: Deputy U.S. Marshal Jackson was walking through the state capitol building in Helena, Montana when he fell through the second floor down into the basement. The construction of the building was still in progress and the plank that he stepped on gave way. Deputy Jackson sustained multiple injuries and died later that evening at the hospital.
