Description: Officer Jerabek suffered a fatal heart attack after completing the department's annual physical fitness test. Officer Jerabek was at the department's academy gym when he collapsed after completing a mandatory fitness test. Officer Jerabek was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
