Description: City Marshal Johnson was shot as he attempted to arrest two robbery suspects. One of the suspects produced a gun and shot Marshal Johnson three times in the head and chest. Marshal Johnson returned fire and killed his assailant. Marshal Johnson was transported to the hospital where he died. The second suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
