Description: Detective Jessie participated in a high-speed chase of a suspect in a stolen vehicle. Detective Jessie lost control of his cruiser which left the roadway, overturned and caught fire. Detective Jessie was removed from the wreckage and transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries. The 17-year old suspect was later found hiding in the trunk of another stolen vehicle.
