Description: On August 25, 1972, Officer Kimbrough was shot and severely wounded during an investigation of two armed men. Officer Kimbrough sustained two gunshot wounds which left him paralyzed. On December 7, 2017, Officer Kimbrough succumbed to injuries sustained due to the initial incident.
