Description: Police Officer Kemp was ambushed and struck from behind with a blow to the back of the head and his body was placed in an elevator shaft. Officer Kemp died due to a fractured skull. The CoronerŸ??s jury ruled Officer Kemp's death as a homicide. A suspect was never identified.
