Description: Officer Kolhoven and fellow officers arrested three soldiers who were causing a public disturbance. A fourth soldier approached with a revolver and demanded that the men be released. As Officer Kolhoven attempted to arrest the fourth soldier, he was fatally shot in the abdomen. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
