Description: Officer Kelley was killed when another motorist pulled out of a private driveway into the path of his motorcycle. Officer Kelley struck the side of the suspect's car and was thrown from his motorcycle. Officer Kelley died from his injuries ten days later. The suspect was an unlicensed and uninsured driver.
