Description: Constable Kiser succumbed to wounds he received one week earlier after making a traffic stop. Constable Kiser observed a driver run another vehicle off of the road. Constable Kiser called for back-up and proceeded to stop the suspect driver. When the officers arrived at the scene they found Constable Kiser lying in the middle of the road. Constable Kiser was transported to a local hospital where he died one week later from severe head trauma.
