Description: Officer Kelly was shot and killed after responding to a domestic disturbance call where Officers Stephen Mayhle and Paul Sciullo II were also shot and killed. Officer Kelly was returning home after his shift when he heard the radio call of a domestic dispute and responded to assist. The suspect shot Officer Kelly as he exited his personal SUV at the scene. Despite being wounded, Officer Kelly was able to radio in the multiple-shooting incident and direct responding officers to the location. Officer Kelly was transferred to the hospital where he died of his injuries.The suspect held officers at bay for four hours in a shootout until he finally surrendered
