Description: Constable Kessinger was shot and killed while attempting to serve a warrant. The suspect answered the Constable Kessinger's call to step outside with a gunshot through the door. The suspect then opened the door and shot Constable Kessinger three more times at point-blank range. Constable Kessinger died at the scene. The suspect fled.
