Description: Marshal Kitchens responded to a family cafe to arrest the owner's son for causing a disturbance. An argument broke out between Marshal Kitchens and the father. The father shot marshal Kitchens to prevent him from arresting his son. The wife grappled with the other officer so he could not help Marshal Kitchens.
