Description: Patrolman Kinne was detailed as an instructor at the Police Pistol range at the 9th Regiment Armory. Patrolman Kinne was conducting a class when he was shot in the stomach by a student. The student's weapon accidentally discharged and the bullet struck Patrolman Kinne in the abdomen. Patrolman Kinne died of his injuries the next day. Friendly fire.
