Description: Police Officer Kilcullen was shot and killed during a vehicle pursuit of a suspect who failed to stop for a traffic violation. Officer Kilcullen pulled alongside the suspect??®s vehicle on his department motorcycle and signaled the driver to pull over. The suspect shot him above his protective vest. Officer Kilcullen died at a hospital a short time later. The suspect fled the scene but was apprehended by law enforcement officers.
