Description: Patrolman Kerstetter was shot and killed while responding to a 911 indecent exposure call. Patrolman Kerstetter entered the suspect's residence and was shot, but was able to radio for assistance. Responding officers confronted the suspect and fatally shot him. Patrolman Kerstetter was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
