Description: Unprovoked attack. Shot by two mugging suspects. Sergeant King was on his way home from work when he was held up by two robbers. The robbers told him to throw up his hands, instead Sergeant King drew his revolver. After a brief exchange of gunfire, three bullets struck Sergeant King. He was taken to a local hospital where he died six days later.
