Description: Deputy Kenney responded along with other law enforcement officers to a local jail where three prisoners had escaped. Two inmates were captured within hours. The third suspect escaped to his home. Deputy Kenney and his canine, Cooper, went to the suspect's home to arrest him. They were both shot and killed by suspect as they approached the suspect's home.
