Description: Deputy Sheriff Kelley died in an automobile crash while responding to the scene of another automobile crash. Due to heavy rain in the area, Deputy Kelly's patrol vehicle hydroplaned out of control and struck another vehicle. Deputy Kelley was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
